Oversized 3-Car Garage Floor Transformation in Port Orange, Florida

For this project, the homeowner chose Dakota Grey (also known as Torginol Coyote FB-513-104) in a 1/4” full flake broadcast, creating a timeless finish that perfectly complements the home’s modern architecture and warm exterior accents.
What really sets this installation apart is the oversized stem wall. Instead of stopping the coating at the floor, we continued the flake system several inches up the walls, creating a clean, seamless transition around the entire garage. Not only does it elevate the appearance, but it also protects the walls from scuffs, moisture, lawn equipment, and everyday wear.
