Garage Floor Transformation in Mims, Florida

This garage floor in Mims, Florida needed some TLC before our customer made the move down to Florida’s Space Coast for his career.

The existing concrete had years of staining, wear, and areas that needed repair. We started by diamond grinding the entire garage floor, removing surface contaminants and creating the proper profile for our coating system. Cracks and damaged areas were repaired during the preparation process to give us a solid foundation for the new floor.

A Fresh Look with Tidal Wave

For the transformation, our customer selected Tidal Wave, a clean blend of gray, white, black, and contrasting flakes that completely brightened up the garage.

We continued the coating onto the perimeter stem walls for a clean, finished appearance throughout the space.

The difference is huge. What started as worn, stained concrete is now a durable, easy-to-maintain garage floor that makes the entire garage feel finished — and ready for its new owner.
