Trust the Pros not the Joes. Don’t make this mistake!

This was an unfortunate circumstance for this customer but we helped them out and got them situated for a fair price! These customers had us bid the floor but unfortunately ended up going with a very inexperienced person to apply a “coating”. Clearly you can see they were NOT experienced not from the photos 🫣. (YES THOSE ARE BARE FEET PRINTS BY THE WATER HEATER 🤯) The customer called us back and said please help. We now had to charge them to remove that coating before applying ours. The coating sluffed right off due to the installer not grinding the floor before application. We applied a beautiful color called Creekbed. It matched the house beautifully now that it was finished the right way! Trust the Pros, not the Joes!
