Custom Home in Hammock Beach

We recently completed a garage floor coating installation for one of our custom home builders in Hammock Beach, where both durability and clean detailing were priorities due to the home’s direct beachfront location.

After proper surface preparation, we installed a full flake coating system using the Tidal Wave color blend — a fitting choice for a coastal environment that ties in well with the surrounding exterior finishes. To complete the installation, the coating was extended 3–4 inches up the stem wall around the entire perimeter, creating a seamless transition from floor to wall. This detail not only improves the finished appearance but also adds an extra layer of protection in a high-moisture, beachside setting.

The final result is a uniform, easy-to-maintain garage floor system designed to perform in a coastal climate while meeting the standards of a custom-built home.
