This customer was very unhappy with the builder grade “epoxy” option. This is something to be aware of if buying a new home! If you plan to have a professional coating installed then tell the builder not to apply their finish! If they do it’s an additional $1-2 per sqft JUST to remove it. They do not prep the floor properly and the products are not high quality. They will not last. But with our meticulous prep work and commercial grade products we guarantee a long lasting coating.
