Back Patio Paradise!

This customer had a huge screened in lanai that was in desperate need of a makeover! They use the space for a gym and a family hangout to play ping-pong so they wanted to add some functional and durable flooring! We removed an old coating and applied a moisture barrier primer due to the slab being porous. We then applied a tinted Polyaspartic to broadcast flake into which will provide extreme UV stability. We then applied another coat of clear Polyaspartic to lock in the flake. Now they will have an extremely durable, fully seamless surface that is easy on the feet! We even coated the exterior pad as a little bonus 😎 We will be doing the same system on their front entry and garage next!
