1” Shoreline Flake, Custom Look : Palm Coast Garage Floor

This garage in Palm Coast started with an old coating that needed to be completely removed before we could build the new system the right way. We used our professional diamond grinding equipment to mechanically remove the existing coating and properly prepare the concrete for maximum adhesion.

From there, we performed a meticulous cleaning of the entire floor, addressed cracks and imperfections, and made the necessary repairs before applying the new coating system.

This was a repeat customer and the homeowner chose something a little different: Torginol Shoreline, also known as Camel, in a large 1” decorative flake. Most garage floors use a traditional 1/4” flake, so the oversized 1” blend creates a much more distinctive, bold appearance.

His first garage also featured the 1” flake look. It’s definitely a unique finish that isn’t for everyone—but for someone wanting their garage floor to stand apart from the typical flake system, it makes a statement. After a beautiful fresh paint job on the walls and the garage floor renewed he has an absolutely beautiful space!
